Individualism of Individuals

In life, challenges lies stage by stage... as if it lines up and try to tackle you. It depends on your own determination and willingness to fight your way through.

Its been years we have been guided to survive in this society, taught us to be independent physically. Parents often teaches us how to cook, how to behave in front of elders, strangers and amongst our own siblings. The path laid for us is so smooth and sometimes it is even paved.

How do you feel if you are dropped off on a dark gloomy path, where what lies ahead is just rocks, stones, debrises and fallen trees? Its like all of a sudden, what u learnt in theory does not match with what u saw in reality.

It is similar to what we encountered in life. People around you are so true to you when you are in primary, secondary .. however, after that, what you see is their backs, their forwarded mails. New friends are just as cautious as you are. You will never be treated as their friend until... god knows when. Personally i think that, college life, is a tunnel you went through in between two worlds, ideal world and reality, the working world. Independence is the key factor physically and emotionally.. and always be prepared to realize things you might not seen before, betrayals, turn aways and constant backstabbings. Yes i do know these do happen in college or even in high school, but what you see here.. is totally.. different. Everyone is carrying a mask .. individualism... (am i right?)

Selfishness, fakers, two faced and lots more..

what do you think about it? Are you ready to face it or you had already encountered such problems..? Share with me.

kNOw KFC in Aussie

Once, when i was a child, this fast food has been a heaven to me. There are lots of times i pester my mum to bring me there. They often offers a special taste and memories in that place with the original recipe fried chickens, coleslaw and whipped potato with gravy. It is really that tempting.

KFC revolutionized from Kentucky Fried Chicken to practically.. the same thing.. but abbreviated.. KFC. The taste here in Australia.. im not sure whether i might not used to the taste here, but i do think that the chickens fried back in Malaysia is much tastier and mouth watering. The Zinger chicken back in Malaysia is so crispy, huge piece and tender.. but.. dont put too much expectation here, it tastes far from that.. just another typical ..chicken burger. BUT.. one thing to compliment.. their whipped potatos and gravy.. are.. FANTASTIC...

Are You Loyal to Me?

Its been a duration that this particular bean has stayed alive, getting all the water, nutriens and sunlight it needed. It now has a home where it breaks through the shell and got hold of the ground and .. yes, it has a ground to stand. Time to grow up. The shoots grew inch by inch, feet by feet, and someone came to hold up and guides and supports all the way to the middle path.. here comes the autumn, wind blew, strong wind sweeps all over. It tried so hard to stand by itself where the supports are now miles away. The days are hard.

A loyal fellow grower tried to gave a twig for it to lean on, however, when it tried to outbalance.. the fellow grower fled. It tumbles.

Then a living creature tried to push it back up.. giving it hopes.. time after time.. when it was about to think that it found what it is looking for.. the living creature waves goodbye...

It then saw a bunch of fellow mates not far from where it was standing.. its a joy for it.. however, it cant move. hundreds of roots pulling it back.. disabling it to manouvre ... no way.

Winter comes, everwhere seems to be so barren where it remained at that spot stupidly loyal....

but..

..loyal to who?

Silence is Good?

Its been times when one need to talk to someone about everything he/she encounters for the past few weeks or months..

Talking to someone is often something worth cheering about.. as someone could share with your experiences and joy. Often something happy aint joyful until you tell someone about it.. i find it .. true.

How about times when you are down or in deep thoughts? Some, they will listen to you once, twice, for the third time.. and for the forth, they will just turn you away.. Is this what everyone encounters?

Is it better to be quiet at times and keep it for yourself?

Low Profiled Malaysians

Its weird to know that foreign countries has little knowledge about small and remote country.. well. moreover, is Malaysia a small country? NO!

Languages. People here, mostly speaks only ONE language, English. Some of them might have taken another language as second language. Thus, its very surprising for them to know that we, Malaysians know at least 3 Languages. Bahasa Melayu, English and our house dialect (cantonese, mandarin, hakka, etc)

There is once, i went to apply for an ENTEXT card as, i think there is no harm for having extra time in Examinations, thus, i went to the Campus Central, the admin dept, when I told the lady im from Malaysia and speaks Cantonese as my first language, she was like.." Wait, ur from Malaysia.. aint ur first language is Malay?"

This proves how much they know about Malaysia. I wont be surprised, as others said, they will think we still lives in caves and on our rain forest trees.
